Boko Haram attacks Primary school, One Dead,Gives reasons for bombing

The Sect Gave Reasons for Attacking Primary Schools.

The Islamic Terror group yesterday, set on fire another Primary school in Maiduguri metropolitan council. The fire consumed two blocks of classrooms at the primary school and the Head teachers office and a body was discovered in one of the classrooms.
The Height of this wickedness is that Boko Haram is concentrating on the Primary schools that were recently renovated in and around Maiduguri.

Boko Haram spokesman said that the attacks on Primary schools is a warning to the JTF members. The "unjust raiding of our local Islamiyya Quranic schools by the Joint Task Force (JTF) members. The attack and burning of that school was a warning to government to quickly caution the JTF operatives to desist from raiding our Quranic schools or risk worst attacks".

Photos: Cossy's new breast exposé...Flabbergasting and bomb blasting.

Nigerians have been running wild on the problem of bombing in the country, leaving aside some real bombs targeting, with an eerie precision, the eyes and brains of many. This is the kind of bomb that should be watched carefully cos Nigerians tend to notice it faster than most of the plastic bombs. Cossy has never for once, relaxed on her display of this mind-blowing ingredient added to her God-given spicy appearance. It is very clear that if you ask her how she wants to come back to this world in the next life she will even beg for a bigger load than the one she's presently carrying. From Naija Gossip, we say LONG LIVE THE LOAD!!! Pictures below:

Childhood Picture of Tonto Dikeh

One of Nollywood’s most controversial actresses, Tonto Dikeh is an actress that has been on top her game since breezing through the movie industry in 2006, when she was just a crude talent in Sola Fajobi’s The Next Movie Star.

After the show, Tonto has been swimming heavily in the waters of controversies, not minding whatever is said or written about her.

The above picture is one showing Tonto Dikeh as a child.

28 Years Old Dies During Alcohol Drinking Contest

Nigerians who patronize drinking joints and beer parlours have been warned by the leadership of the Nigeria Police Force against engaging in life-threatening contests. This warning followed the death of Azeez Muideen, a 28-year-old commercial motorcyclist (Okada rider), last Wednesday after taking too much alcohol in a bid to win a drinking competition.

It was learnt that on the day of the incident, Azeez and some friends had a drinking contest. He took excess alcohol after which he suddenly slumped.
Azeez alone consumed two bottles of brandy before the unfortunate incident. Immediately his friends realised that he had slumped, they dumped his corpse near a gutter and took to their heels. His remains were later recovered and taken to the Ibafo Police Division. Policemen at the station took the body to a nearby hospital, where Azeez was confirmed dead.

According to News Of The People, Prophet Temitope Joshua, the spiritual head of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has revealed that a devastating air mishap is imminent except Nigerians pray fervently to avoid it.

While speaking during a Sunday service at his expansive church, he made the appeal as he revealed a prophecy God had shown concerning the aviation industry.

During the revelation, the prophet said that the imminent plane crash will not be caused by a pilot error or due to a faulty airplane, but will be security-related. The prophecy also revealed that the plane crash, if not averted, will involve one of Nigeria’s local flights. The prophet therefore advised Nigerians to pray zealously so that the country will not experience such a disaster, which might claim the lives of many government officials.

IBORI: from grace to grass - the wages of corruption!

We all know the wages of sin is death, but as for corruption, this is the end result, don`t you think this is worse than death?

Ibori pleads guilty to money laundering charges

Former governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori, on Monday pleaded guilty to fraud and money laundering charges at a Southwark Crown Court in London.
An online medium, saharareporters, says Ibori pleaded guilty to 10 counts of fraud, money laundering and corruption before Judge Anthony Pitts.
Ibori’s guilty plea has closed a chapter to a long judicial and political saga pertaining to his massive money laundering activities in his eight years as governor of one of Nigeria’s major oil-producing states.
The former governor faces up to 10 years in a UK prison during sentencing, which will take place after the completion of the trial of his accomplice and financial advisor, Ghanaian-born Elias Preko.
Today, the judge ordered that the remaining charges would remain on file.
In a short submission, Crown Prosecution Service lawyer, Sasha Wass, QC, said the prosecution does not seek to go ahead with Ibori’s trial anymore, saying, ” Mr. Ibori has accepted the entirety of the prosecution’s case as it has always been set out.”

"My Father retired has an Robbery Gang-Leader" Armed Robber confesses

Akinola Olarewaju, a 34-year-old man, who was nabbed by men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, in Lagos recently, has confessed that his father retired as the leader of a notorious armed robbery gang years back.

Akinola, who was a member of a dangerous Six-man robbery gang before his arrest, also gave the name of the leader of the gang as Femi Enuyemi, aka JJ, who is said to be from Ondo State.

According to him: he joined the gang because he trained as a motor mechanic but could not raise money to buy working tools. His attempt to get his father to assist him did not yield any positive result. And when he turned to his father’s friend, he too was not forthcoming. “Go and do what your father knows how to do best, and you would raise the money to buy working tools,” was the advise he got from his father's friend.

“My freedom came when Femi, aka JJ, visited me and advised me to come and live with him in Ajah, so that I would learn how to become a millionaire without doing much.

That was to mark the beginning of his initiation into armed robbery. At night, his friend and host, JJ, invited the rest members of the gang and asked him to join in the meeting that was to hold. The initiation was simple. JJ told him that he was in the midst of armed robbers and that he would want him to join each member of the group hit Akinola hard on the head and was made to kiss a locally made gun. That was all.

His fourth and last operation was on the way to Epe. He said: It happened that JJ was to do the burial of his paternal grandmother which was to be November 26. It was while on the road to the place that himself and two others were arrested.

Then, men of the Federal Highway Patrol stopped and searched us. They searched everywhere. “They searched thoroughly and turned every bag upside down. When they searched the student bag we put under the seat, they saw three short guns and bundled all of us, including the driver, to Elemoro Police Station. From there, they took us to Ajiwe Police Station in Ajah . He also confessed that “he knew not the driver and the other three passengers. He said that I boarded the car with Emma and Obed as passengers and others were released and we were taken to SARS.”

NOTE: "Femi’s mother and my father are from the same father and mother, so when he called me to come and stay with him, I did not argue. I stayed with him and did whatever he wanted me to do. He also inherited robbery", he stated.

Other members of the gang are Felix Enuyemi (Femi’s brother), aka Askari; Keshi also from Ondo State; Emmanuel Ogbonna, aged 25, from Eziwachi in Afikpo, Ebonyi State; and Obed Odeme from Eziogbaku in Owerri, Imo State.

Federal Appeal Court to Review Ekiti Governor Judgement.

The Supreme court of Nigeria has indicated that they will not stop the Court of Appeal from reviewing its judgment of October 15, 2010, sacking Mr Segun Oni as Ekiti State governor and enthroning the incumbent, Kayode Fayemi.

Supreme court source said that "since there were rules on review of judgment and such permitted the applicant (Oni) of PDP, to file the application, nobody not even the Chief Justice of Nigeria could refuse him what the law permitted him to ask for."

Gov Kayode Fayemi of the ACN request the Supreme court to stop the Federal Appeal from reviewing their earlier judgement in his favour, regrettably his request was turned down.

The ruling of the Court of Appeal of October 15, 2010 in favour Gov Fayemi is challenged on various ground, especially on issue of conflict of interest involving the suspended Court of Appeal Judge.

Cossy Orjiakor gone AWOL?

As much as Cossy Orjiakor, the sexy humongous mammary-flaunting damsel of Nollywood, is not a figure most housewives would love to have around their husbands even though the husbands would get beside themselves just to have a peek of those brachial wonders, she is a hot item any day.

The actress who seems to have found better calling in music than acting has not been in circulation for some time now. Where she has gotten to remains a mystery....

She has not been responding to mails and her number does not answer as well. Each time her number is dialed the irritating tone of “ not available” greets back.

Cossy, who has not really been ruffling any feather in the movie industry is sure holding her ground in the music industry.

Her latest single “My Body” in which she featured Ego is doing well in the market and many critics of her have actually commended her for job well done.

Woman Wins $72 Million But Still Wants To Work

Marcia Adams of College Park, Ga., and her boyfriend went to a convenience store to buy a chocolate candy bar and decided to purchase two Quik Pik lottery tickets. The tickets were bought less than an hour before the drawing, and two days later, she was $72 million richer.

Adams and her boyfriend, whose name has not been released, purchased their tickets at a Chevron Food Mart and had actually forgotten that they had done so. As Adams and her boyfriend were driving to work on Thursday morning, she noticed a billboard along the highway that prompted her to check the lotto tickets, which had been thrown in the vehicle’s center console. Adams’ boyfriend checked the lotto ticket numbers on his cell phone then suddenly began screaming her name. After rechecking the numbers, the couple went to a nearby retailer and checked their tickets yet again. Even though her ticket perfectly matched the winning numbers, Adams still needed more proof.

After lotto officials sanctioned the legitimacy of her winning ticket, 33-year-old Adams was still a disbeliever. It still hasn’t set in, she said. It seems like it’s somebody else besides me.

Now that she finally believes that she won, Adams, a corporate accountant who has been on her job for the last 12 years, doesn’t plan on quitting her job anytime soon. She actually wants to continue working:

I love what I do. I have a purpose.
For her winnings, Adams opted to take the cash option, which leaves her with $52 million. After Uncle Sam takes its just desserts, Adams will still have $33.8 million in mad money.

What does she plan on doing with her newfound wealth?

Adams wants to hire a financial planner in order to stretch her dollars and make savvy money moves. Marrying her boyfriend of seven years and planning their wedding is also on her agenda. Otherwise, Adams mainly wants to focus on her family, particularly her retired parents who are experiencing medical issues.

The only extravagant purchase Adams plans to make is to buy another house:

I’ll probably get another house, only because now, my name is out, she says.

Drama in bank as woman bathes cashier with faeces in bank.

A drama occurred at one of the first generation banks in Akure, Ondo State capital, when a lady, simply identified as Sade, bathed a cashier (names withheld) with faeces inside the banking hall for allegedly snatching her husband.

Customers and fellow bankers took to their heels as the assailant rained abuses after pouring the smelly substance on the lady banker.

The ugly incident, which occurred on Friday, was quickly brought under control by security operatives attached to the bank.

Sade, who pretended to be one of the customers, was said to have arrived the bank with a polythene bag and approached the cashier only to pour its contents on her.

The stench took over the banking hall just as all the customers ran to the door to escape the odour. We gathered that the cashier was equally assaulted by the lady before she was bundled out by the bank guards.

The management of the bank, after the ugly incident, arranged for the cashier to bath and change her clothes within the bank premises
One of the bankers present when the incident took place told our source“All of us, including my colleague who was assaulted, were busy attending to customers when the young lady came in and started raining abusive words on the victim, in an embarrassing way. She called her unprintable names and accused her of snatching her husband.

“We were shocked and we tried to shout her down only for her to open a polythene bag she carried, thinking that she wanted to make some deposit but what she brought out shocked everybody.

“She removed the bag containing the terribly smelly faeces which she instantly poured on her victim”.

The police public relations officer at the Ondo State Police Command, Mr. Aremu Adeniran, said the suspect had been arrested and detained by the police.Adeniran, said, “The incident happened around noon on Friday and the suspect, who is already with us, came to Akure from Owo with a can containing smelly faeces which she poured on the banker.

“She will be charged to court after necessary investigations had been concluded on the case”

After 21 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to take another woman

After 21 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to take another woman out to dinner and a movie. She said, "I love you, but I know this other woman loves you too, and she would love to spend some time with you."

The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit was my MOTHER, who has been a widow for 19 years, but the demands of my work and my three children had made it possible to visit her only occasionally. That night I called to invite her to go out for dinner and a movie.

"What's wrong, are you well?" she asked. My mother is the type of woman who suspects that a late night call or a surprise invitation is a sign of bad news.

"I thought that it would be pleasant to spend some time with you," I responded. "Just the two of us."

She thought about it for a moment, and then said...
"I would like that very much."

That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick her up, I was a bit nervous. When I arrived at her house, I noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous about our date. She waited in the door with her coat on. She had curled her hair and was wearing the dress that she had worn to celebrate her last wedding anniversary. She smiled from a face that was as radiant as an angel's.

"I told my friends that I was going to go out with my son, and they were impressed," she said, as she got into the car. "They can't wait to hear about our meeting."

We went to a restaurant that, although not elegant, was very nice and cozy. My mother took my arm as if she were the First Lady. After we sat down, I had to read the menu. Her eyes could only read large print. Half way through the entries, I lifted my eyes and saw Mom sitting there staring at me. A nostalgic smile was on her lips.

"It was I who used to have to read the menu when you were small," she said.

"Then it's time that you relax and let me return the favor," I responded.

During the dinner, we had an agreeable conversation - nothing extraordinary but catching up on recent events of each other's life. We talked so much that we missed the movie.

As we arrived at her house later, she said, "I'll go out with you again, but only if you let me invite you." I agreed.

"How was your dinner date?" asked my wife when I got home.

"Very nice. Much more so than I could have imagined," I answered.

A few days later, my mother died of a massive heart attack. It happened so suddenly that I didn't have a chance to do anything for her. Some time later, I received an envelope with a copy of a restaurant receipt from the same place mother and I had dined. An attached note said: "I paid this bill in advance. I wasn't sure that I could be there; but nevertheless, I paid for two plates - one for you and the other for your wife. You will never know what that night meant for me. I love you, son."

At that moment I understood the importance of saying, in time, "I LOVE YOU."
And to give our loved ones the time they deserve. Because nothing is more important in life than family... and they shouldn't be put off until "some other time.”

Please SHARE this with every daughter and son you know. Oh well Just SHARE it with every family and friends you know too! Don't be too late to say How much you love your parents, your sons, your daughters, and your spouse. Today is a good time to go and tell those beautiful words or better do something so beautiful that they will cherish it forever. God Bless.

Whitney Houston’s ‘son’ set for a share of her £20million fortune

Withney Houston took Nick Gordon, 22, into her home in Atlanta, Georgia, as a youngster to save him from his own troubled background.
Although never formally adopted, he would call her "Mum" and was treated like her own by caring Whitney, 48.
He also became a "brother" to the singer's 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina and featured in touching family photos.
Although Whitney struggled for cash later in life as she battled debt and drug problems, she is still believed to have left an estate of around £20million which has been boosted by increased record sales following her death.

Now Nick is set to get a share.
A source close to the family in Atlanta said: "Nick was family, she loved him as much as any mother could love a child.
"If he is not written into her will and everything goes to Bobbi then it will only be because it was written before she took Nick into her family.
"If that's the case, Bobbi will make sure Nick is taken care of because it's what her mum would have wanted and he's like a brother."

Another white lady marriage in Nigeria!!!

Nigerians have been primed to be very sensitive to white-Nigerian marriages of late. This sensitivity was ignited when a 28 year old Nigerian boy got married to a 71 year German lady. So many questions have been asked, but what do you feel its the cause of all these???

OMG!!!....10 years after burial, body remains fresh

Ten years after Imam Sheez Adeyemi died and buried beside his mosque in Shogunle, Lagos, his body was exhumed recently revealing another miracle of life after death. The sand and stones were lifted from the grave, the planks which were used as cover were all rotten.

The white cloth used in wrapping the body remained even whiter, and the dangling body was brought out intact as though it had just been buried. There was no slightest trace of an unpleasant smell let alone any decay of his body.

It was a surprise to many of them who were present at the scene, yet, a miracle to others. In a jiffy, the news permeated every nook and crany of the area and poeple trooped to the venue to see for themselves how a body buried ten years after was still fresh.

Son of the deceased, Imam Abubakar Sheez Adeyemi who had buried him ten years ago and led the team that carried out the exhumation while speaking with Saturday Vanguard noted that the body did not only decompose but was fresh as if he had just died; the way it was on July 23, 2003.

He said he opened the white cloth which showed no stain and gave the corpes a kiss on the head. After a couple of hours contending with the mamoth crowd that sought to witness it, the body of Imam Sheez Adeyemi was placed on a mat and taken to another site for burial.

Why the body was exhumed

Imam Abubakr Sheez Adeyemi explained that the present owners of the land had put it up for sale and demolision occured which affected the mosque where he was buried, mainly as a result of its proximity to the Agege Motor Express way.

He said: “In the early 60s, the former Baale built the mosque, being the owner of the land. Adeyemi Alhaji Momoh Wosho, Late Ibikunle, and Kadiri, Mustapha Akanni families had close relationship with my family. My late father, Sheikh Muhammad Sheez Adeyemi became the Imam of the msque.

Long after, he requested to be buried there after he died. The request was granted by the then owners of the land. He died on July 23, 2003, and he was buried there.”

He continued: “Sometimes last year, we heard that the present owners of the house behind the mosque which are the grand children of the former Baale, had put it up for sale and that the mosque would be demolished because of the closeness to the road, (Agege Motor Road).

The name of the mosque was Sharafudeen, and it was pulled down recently. So, our family now decided that we had to exhume the body of the late Imam and rebury in my site at Ayobo, Lagos.”

“We went there that early morning after we had secured a police report for the exhumation. Our intention was to gather whatever we could gather to Ayobo for re-burial. But to our outmost surprise, we met the body intact. The white cloth with which he was wrapped ten years ago was clean; we only removed the sand on it leaving no stain.

We used to hear such thing, and I have also read it, but I have just seen it real now. I have also read as proven by some scientists that if a particular soil has some specified chemical components, there is the likelihood that the body will not decompose.

But we are surprised that the wooden plank used as cover had all decay. I was the one who supervised the the process when the body was commited to the grave in July 2003, ten years ago. So, on November 23, 2010, his body remained as it was when he died.

Again, the perfume we sprayed on him was still smelling and the white cloth with which we wrapped the body was as clean as it was ten years ago.”

“What I noticed was that when we started digging, the soil was dry and before we got to the depth of the grave where he laid, the soil became moisturised. It was so soft that, you will think they had poured water therein. It was the white cloth we saw first, then I ordered that they should use their hands since they were wearing hand gloves.

Behold! we carried the body out intact. We were speechless but we glorified Allah; we took the body to my site at Ayobo, offered prayers for him and re-buried the body.

His life

Baba was known for his devotion to Allah. He committed himself to fasting, night prayers, and recitation of the Qur’an. For over thirty years before his death, which I know, he did nothing other than fasting and prayers. Throughout the year, we discovered that he did not fast for about 90 days.

Sometimes, we quarreled with him on the prolong fasting because of his age, he needed to eat as an when due, but he would not listen. What we noticed in him was that if we force him to abandone fasting, he would be sick, but he was always happy and healthy when he fasted. Most often, he ate vegetables and fruits and little of other foods.

I think God is reminding us that it is good to do good and carry out our duties to Him; and for those who can shun worldly things, the reward is bountious. Baba was not after material things, he did not build any house, he did not have a car, and he was not rich; but he dedicated his life to God and was nice to people. Truly, if one worships God in truth and do good to people, if such person dies, he will not rotten.

I joined in carrying the body, says Awolowo Olatunde Bodunrin

When I heard the body was going to be exhumed, I told the son that it was going to bring out the name of the family. But I didnt know how. That day, I returned from work early in the morning after a night duty, I decided to go through the back and I saw them digging the grave.

So, I decided to wait. By the time they dug deep, we saw the white cloth, and behold!, the body was brought out, we were all looking at ourselves, speechless. Then, I reminded the son what I had told him about the exhumation that it will bring out the family’s name.

I am a christian and this is what is called sainthood in christianity. It is happening all over the world to people who actually did what God wants. To those people, termites, insects have no power over their bodies when they die. In fact, I had to join them in carrying the body. I carried the head, holding the head to the back and the body was dangling as if he had just died. The crowd was wholesome.

He was known throughout this Shogunle, he gave what he had to any one who needed it. When he was alive, he was a source of inspiration to so many young people for doing what is good. When he died ten years ago, the youths and some people in the neighbourhood came together and organised a a 7-day lecture in his honour, because we knew he was a man of God.

So, for me, I was not surprised. But, it is a wake-up call for all adherents of the religion. No matter what people say, just do what is right. It also show that there are other things after death.

Alhaja Qamuriat Bello Owosho

When he came to Lagos, he worked in the aviation sector and retired gloriously. He was a maison. He was known for good deeds, although he was not rich, but he impacted on people’s lives so much that we can not mention.

But those who benefitted from his good works know. There was nothing he had he could not give away. He died ten years ago and we buried him at the mosque based on his wish. When I heard the news that his body remains intact, I was full of praises, I immediately went there to see for myself.

By the time I got there, I saw a mammoth crowd. People began to extol his virtues and the street boys immediately coined a cliche from the incidence. ‘Sherere o’ Do good. It is now a norm in the area where young boys will say it to one and other.

Five muslim faithfuls who were observing evening prayers lost their lives in that brazen attack by the sect who arrived on motorbikes.

Ghana coach accuses players(blackstars) of ‘witchcraft’

Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic claims some of his players turned on each other using withcraft at the Africa Cup of Nations, according to a report published by the BBC on Friday.

Stevanovic’s astonishing accusation of deep divisions in the Black Stars’ ranks emerged from a leaked review of the team’s performance in Gabon where Ghana were knocked out by eventual winners Zambia in the semi-finals.

“We all need to help in changing some players’ mentality about using ‘black power’ to destroy themselves, and also make sure we instil discipline and respect for each other,” the coach said, according to the BBC.

In a report delivered to the Ghana Football Association’s (GFA) executive committee, Stevanovic added: “After losing to Zambia, there arose so many accusations amongst the players.

“I have learnt great lessons from African football and also about Ghanaian players’ behaviour on and off the field.”

Sarfo Gyami, part of the Ghana side at the 1992 Nations Cup, said: “It has always happened, but players have used it to protect themselves and normally in search of luck.

“I have never heard of a situation when players have used it against their own colleagues. That is a very bad situation.”

Despite outward signs of unity both Stevanovic and GFA president Kwesi Nyantakyi suggest the reality at the 2012 Nations Cup was very different.

“During the competition we observed that some players played to achieve personal fame, prominence and excellence to the detriment of the team,” Nyantakyi told a press conference this week.

“We also had complaints from some senior players, accusing some of the junior ones of disrespect.”

Stevanovic’s accusation indicate he may have trouble holding on to his post, the GFA are in the process of reviewing his contract, but he will still be in charge when Ghana play Chile in a friendly in the United States next week.

PICTURE:Man marries dog in India.

We have all heard the 'man bites dog' stories, but how about a real-life 'man marries dog' tale!

This one takes the biscuit, and it could only happen in India, the land of the Kama Sutra.

But you won't find this kind of love story between man and beast in the ancient Indian sex manual.

It took place for real during a traditional hindu ceremony at a temple in the southern state of Tamil Nadu.

The groom in question was a 33-year-old Indian farmer named Selvakumar, and he was wed to a female dog named Selvi.

He married his four legged bitch to atone for stoning two other dogs to death and stringing them up in a tree 15 years ago.

He believed the act cursed him and he had been suffering ever since, he told the Hindustan Times.

After he stoned the dogs he said his legs and hands got paralysed, he lost hearing in one ear, and his speech was impaired.

With doctors unable to help him, Selvakumar turned to an astrologer who told him he was cursed by the spirits of the dogs he had killed.

He could undo the curse only if he married a dog and live with it, the soothsayer warned.

Family members chose a stray female dog who was then bathed and clothed for the wedding occasion.

Selvi the bride was brought to the temple by village women and a Hindu priest conducted the ceremony.

The paper showed a picture of Selvakumar sitting next to his canine bride, which was adorned in an orange sari and flower garland.

The paper said the groom and his family then had a feast, while the dog got a bun.

It was reported that Selvi attempted to make a bolt for it -- apparently due to the big crowds -- but she was tracked down and returned to her new 'husband'.

"The dog is only for lifting the curse and after that, he plans to get a real bride," a friend of the groom said.

Deeply superstitious people in rural India sometimes organize weddings to dogs and other animals, believing it can beat certain curses.
